Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the mechanical design and leading the execution of assembling Impulse Printing equipment. You will work closely together with the entire core engineering team for seamless integration of all mechanical, mechatronic, electrical and software systems. Our work environment  allows for flexible and high-paced development, with a proto-workshop (including 4-axis milling machine) and tools to enable iterating machine concepts in days instead of months.

-          8+ years of demonstrable experience designing and building high tech equipment

-          Highly effective in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks)

-          Plan, conceptualize and realization of mechanical designs

-          Experience in creating TPD and communicating with suppliers

-          Create and review technical drawings

-          Documentation of 2D & 3D drawings

-          Proficiency in the English language

-          Experience with PLM systems and ANSYS is an asset

-          Proficiency in Dutch is an asset

-          Preferred familiarity with printing and lithography systems/equipment
